AGM UPDATE: We will also hold a brief Special General Meeting to discuss a minor procedural amendment to the Rules of Association.
The ACTERA AGM for 2024 will be on Wednesday 29 May, in the Loft Room at Raiders Weston, commencing at 7.00pm. This date has been chosen so as to allow a bit of space around the NSW State Championships, being hosted in Canberra by B7 Events on the June long weekend, as well as a good length of time before the “Brookvale” ride, scheduled for the October long weekend (5-6 October).
All members and anybody who is interested in endurance are welcomed. If you are a member and intend to renew your ACTERA membership, or if you are not a member yet but would like to join, you can do this online or in person at the meeting.
We urge anyone interested in becoming involved in this wonderful family sport to come along and meet some of the people who make it happen in the ACT. The Raiders do a good dinner menu, so why not enjoy an evening meal as well.
We look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces on the 29th.
